4.1 All account balances on vaycasino are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vaycasino does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

8.3 vaycasino's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vaycasino's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
